We have immediate employment opportunities for experienced Series-3 Brokers. We are looking for a few successful Series 3 Licensed futures professionals with existing clients who are looking to dramatically grow their business. We offer a strong leads program and support with many benefits.

First American Futures, Inc. is now hiring paid sales trainees for our fast track commodities futures broker training program in Nashville, TN. From the first day on the job and throughout their rigorous 10 week training program, broker trainees will learn what it takes to successful trading the commodities markets. Brokers who earn the right to stay net first year high five-figure, low six-figure, commission.

Qualified candidates are provided with study materials to help them pass their mandatory NASD series 3 federal licensing, a condition of employment, that allows them to solicit funds from our prospect lists. Serious applicants must display powerful "Alpha" leadership skills, must have strong communication skills, and must display grace under pressure.

Further, applicants must have a basic understanding of economics, must be entrepreneurial, must be polite, must be unafraid of speaking and hearing the truth, and must possess the best ethics. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to a highly lucrative and rewarding career for the right success oriented candidates. Quick learners are handsomely rewarded. We have the best training program in the industry. As such, if you cannot find success here, then maybe the brokerage business is not for you.

Once your 10-week training is complete, you will be responsible for both establishing new accounts and for servicing these accounts. Broker 1st year commission should realistically reach six figures. That's a lot of money. However, financial success is not in the cards for everyone. On paper, you may look like a hero, but under pressure you may collapse like a zero. Only a select few have what it takes to succeed.

Do you have an interest in learning about the commodities market? Are you intelligent, dependable, energetic and alert? Have a good mind for math? If you have these qualities AND you're reliable, ethical and honest, this position could be an outstanding career path for you.

You should be the kind of person who is a complete self-starter. You should be able to handle working only with one other person and sometimes alone with client contact on the telephone. You will be working with a broker who has an established client base he has built over a 25-year career, and you will also be working with his clients.

This position is a tremendous responsibility, because it requires absolute accuracy. You are handling large sums of money in a fast-paced and occasionally hectic environment. Because it will take about six months of training to become completely proficient, it is vital that we find a long-term person with the desire to stay. We are looking only for a mature person with an interest in learning and a desire to stay in one place for years to come.

The responsibilities of the position would be answering phones, and other basic administrative functions such as word processing and filing. In addition, you will be sending out group emails to the client base with announcements about various market activities, so you should be completely computer literate. You will also take orders from clients on the phone, complete the standard forms for these transactions and then conduct the transaction. You will have the opportunity over time to learn everything about trading. Eventually, you will become licensed.
